Once you get your invite code, just create your account, login, and start testing boxes! They create new ones and retire old ones constantly so there's almost always a new challenge for your skill level. Multiple people can be working on the same box at the same time which is just something to be aware of. You can either VPN into the environment or they let you spin up an instance of Parrot in the cloud for a few hours which is a very nice distro to work with.
